Breastfeeding is simple but it is not always easy. ‘Simply breastfeeding’ is unlike any other breastfeeding class in that couples will not only leave with valuable and practical information about breastfeeding, but the confidence to fully succeed at nursing their infants. Topics include: Benefits of breastfeeding, latching and positioning techniques, how often to feed your baby, signs that he is getting enough, nursing in the hospital, and pumping. This empowering class will prepare you to reach your breastfeeding goals. We suggest attending this class in your last trimester and partners are strongly encouraged to attend. |
